Just waking up on my first morning in Vancouver for TOTC, and it’s a glorious, sunny…ah, no wait, it’s raining.
To introduce myself, my name is Paul Oswell, and I’ll be blogging as much as I can throughout the next few days for Tales of the Cocktail in Vancouver. There looks to be a wealth of seminars and events, and if I have to try more drinks than I usually would in the name of research and reportage, then those are the kinds of lengths I’m willing to go to.
Registration is from 12pm-5pm at the Fairmont Pacific Rim today. 6.30pm sees the Canadian Professional Bartenders Association Welcome at Vancouver Aquarium and the True North Opening Party at Terminal City Club.
