Michael Lazar (Stirred, Not Shaken), mad kitchen scientist cum bartender, is responsible for testing and tasting all the cocktail recipes and homemade ingredients in the book “Left Coast Libations.”
I previewed Jacob and Sebastian’s seminar on amari (A Shot of the Black Stuff) in the run up to TOTC. When I didn’t hear back from the presenter, I had to make up everything I wrote. After attending ‘the real thing’ I had to do a proper write up, cause it was that awesome!
