Ms. Flo, as her patrons and friends knew her, was a legendary New Orleans bartender, serving at the Court of Two Sisters for over 30 years. The ladies of LUPEC Boston have penned a sweet tribute to Ms. Flo and featured one of her signature cocktails. She continues to inspire.
