A tour guide to his charges: “So, the first thing we’ll do is stop off for old-man drinks–Sazeracs, Manhattans, and so on.”

    Well then, if those are old man drinks then this 30 something woman must be channelling the spirit of an old geezer in his 70s. “old man drinks” are just about the only thing I drink.

    I’ve heard similar comments made. I once ordered an Old Fashioned in a bar, and when my buddy asked me what I had ordered, the bartender replied with “An old man’s drink.”

    There is much work still to do.
